Description

You pick the model from the shop, the main fabric, the lining and the finishings. The studio sends you a photo of the finished piece before it ships, and if something is off, it gets remade.

How it works

  1. Confirm this order: it reserves your slot in the studio queue.
  2. You receive an email to choose the model, fabric and lining among the available cuts.
  3. The piece is sewn within one to two weeks, photographed, then shipped.

The price shown covers a custom pouch or case. For a bag, a supplement is offered when you pick the model, with no surprise and no commitment.

Your parcel arrives between 15 September and 19 September.

Shipping

Pieces in stock are prepared within 24-48 business hours. Custom creations take one to two weeks to make, approval photo included. Shipped from the French studio with tracked Colissimo.

Delivery times

  • France: 2-4 days
  • Europe: 4-8 days
  • Rest of world: 8-15 days

Returns & refunds

You have 30 days from receipt to change your mind. Free returns in France. Item must be in original condition. Full refund within 5 business days of return.

Custom made pieces (model, fabric and lining chosen by you) cannot be returned unless defective.

Care

Daily cleaning

For a light mark, wipe the area with a barely damp sponge, without scrubbing the print. On a coated lining, a wipe inside is enough. Air-dry before using the piece again.

Deep cleaning

  1. Fill a basin with lukewarm water (max 30°C) and a mild detergent, wool or baby type.
  2. Submerge the piece and press gently to move the water through. Ten minutes of soaking maximum: beyond that the interfacing starts to lift.
  3. Rinse thoroughly under clean water.
  4. Press the piece between two towels (never twist), reshape it by hand while damp, then dry flat, in the shade, away from any heat source.

Avoid

  • Machine washing quilted, interfaced or coated-lined pieces
  • Tumble dryer, hairdryer, radiator
  • Drying in direct sun, which fades pastels
  • Bleach, solvents, abrasive cleaners
